1. Introduction Welcome to Fleur Bar! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. 2. Services Fleur Bar offers custom flower bars. All flowers are sourced fresh, but availability may vary based on seasonality and supplier conditions. We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions while maintaining the quality and aesthetic of the original order.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders must be placed through email or phone.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Cash, or Check.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, but once an order is confirmed, pricing for that order will remain fixed.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be canceled up to 14 days before the delivery or event date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund, as fresh flowers are perishable goods.
• For custom orders, we do not offer refunds once the floral design process has begun.

5. Delivery and Collection

• We offer local delivery services within specified areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on the location.
• Fleur Bar is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Event Services For event services, a detailed consultation will be conducted to ensure that we meet your requirements. Any changes to the order must be communicated in writing no less than 7 business days before the event.

7. Care and Handling Once the flowers are delivered and set up the customer is responsible for proper care and maintenance. Fleur Bar is not liable for any deterioration due to improper handling, environmental factors, or time.

8. Intellectual Property All content, images, and designs on the Fleur Bar website and associated materials are the property of Fleur Bar. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any material from our website without express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability Fleur Bar is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the total amount of the order placed.

10. Changes to Terms Fleur Bar reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of New York.
