Our Fleurbar flower carts are available for rent as part of our curated floral experiences. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
Cart Dimensions & Access Requirements
The Fleurbar Cart measures 24 inches by 56 inches and fits through standard doorways, most elevators, and accessible paths. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm venue accessibility prior to booking. We are not liable for circumstances that prevent successful delivery or placement of the cart, including but not limited to: Broken or unavailable elevators, Narrow or obstructed access points, Unforeseen venue restrictions or construction, Inaccessible terrain or weather-affected outdoor setups. If cart delivery is not possible due to such factors, all payments remains non-refundable.
Florals & Styling
All florals are thoughtfully selected based on seasonal availability. Flower selection may include, but is not limited to: roses, spray roses, Gerber daisys, hydgrangas, premium stock, delphinuim, snapdragons, lisianthus, chrysanthemums, carnations, mini carnations, alstroemeria, assorted greenery and other premium seasonal stems. We do our best to accommodate requests for specific color palettes or floral moods when noted in advance. If no preferences are provided, you will receive a fresh, seasonal assortment curated by our floral design team. As creative experts, we thoughtfully design all florals to complement your custom bouquet wraps, theme and event ensuring a cohesive, elevated final look that feels both stylish and sentimental.
Bouquet sizes typically range from 5 to 8 stems, depending on the actual blooms selected and our designer’s creative direction. We style each bouquet bar assortment with intention, using seasonal blooms to ensure every arrangement created looks full, lush, and beautifully balanced. If you have specific floral request, such as tropical varieties, or a specialty flower you’d love to include on the bouquet bar, please let us know in advance. These selections may be subject to an additional charge, based on seasonal availability and wholesale pricing.
We do our best to clean, process, and de-thorn all flowers thoroughly; however, due to the natural quality of blooms, there may occasionally be thorns, jagged edges, or irritants present. FLEURBAR is not liable for any injury caused by contact with natural plant material.
We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions to maintain quality, freshness, and aesthetic cohesion. Specific varieties or exact color matches are not guaranteed. Absolutely no additional florals may be added to the cart setup unless they are sourced and provided directly by FLEURBAR.
We also offer a complimentary built-in gold ice sink for chilling beverages of your choice. Clients are responsible for providing their own beverages and filling the sink with ice. Advance notice is required if you’d like to utilize this feature so we can style your cart accordingly.
Setup, Timing & Overtime
We typically arrive 1 hour prior to your event start time to set up and style the cart. Your package includes 2 full hours of service starting after your event start time. If you require additional time for photos, activations, or extended guest interaction, please notify us in advance. Additional hours are billed separately and will be reflected in your final invoice.
Client Responsibility & Restrictions
Clients must ensure: Safe, accessible, and weather-conscious placement of the cart and Venue permission for cart placement and any related vendor requirements. Our carts may be set up indoors or outdoors, but it is the rental customer’s responsibility to ensure the cart is protected from damage caused by natural weather elements or environmental conditions.
Please note: Fresh florals are delicate by nature and may wilt or show signs of stress when exposed to direct sunlight, wind, or heat for extended periods. FLEURBAR is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing any flowers that become damaged after setup due to weather or environmental exposure.
Nothing may be added to the flower cart displays or décor without prior written approval. This includes (but is not limited to): signage, banners, garlands, any items attached with tape, nails, staples, or command hooks. Any unapproved items or attachments are strictly prohibited.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that all decorative elements provided by FLEURBAR — including baskets, risers, mirrors, frames, and display props are treated with care and not lost, damaged, or removed from the setup. Any damaged or missing items will be billed accordingly.
Please note: FLEURBAR is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur from the use of floral tools (e.g., scissors, snips, wire cutters) provided at your event. Use of these items is at the client’s and guests’ own risk.
Intellectual Property Notice
All FLEURBAR bouquet wraps, including our custom newspaper-inspired designs are the sole intellectual property of FLEURBAR. These wraps are protected under U.S. copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, photographed for duplication, repurposed, or imitated in any way without express written permission.
Photo release information
By booking with FLEURBAR, you grant permission for FLEURBAR to photograph and/or record the floral setup and overall event environment for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media use. If you prefer your event not be photographed, a written request must be submitted prior to your event date.
Accuracy of client information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue access instructions, contact information, timelines, and any restrictions. FLEURBAR is not liable for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
FLEURBAR is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, illness, transportation delays, extreme weather, natural disasters, venue emergencies, or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances, FLEURBAR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement designer or reschedule if possible.
Payments: We require a small deposit to reserve your booking. Cart choice, venue and date must be finalized at booking. This deposit and all payments must be paid on time or we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Remaining balance due must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your event with all final selections and enhancements.
